1. Payment Methods

• Online Payments: We accept payments via UPI apps - Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm etc.

• Secure Transactions: All online payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway partners, with encryption to ensure your financial data remains secure.

2. Pricing and Taxes

• Inclusive Pricing: All product prices listed on the Winalam website are inclusive of applicable taxes.

• Currency: All payments and transactions are processed strictly in Indian Rupees (INR).

3. Returns & Refunds

• No Return / No Refund Policy: We do not entertain returns or refunds once the order is delivered.

• Exceptions: Returns will only be accepted if:

  • You receive a wrong item.

  • The delivered item is defective.

  • The product has missing parts.

4. Order Cancellation

• No Cancellation Under Any Circumstances: Once the order is placed, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.
