At Winalam, we value transparency and fairness in our return and refund process. To ensure your return request is valid, it is mandatory to follow our Parcel Unboxing Policy. Please read carefully before opening your order.
1. Video Recording Guidelines

After receiving your parcel, you must record a single continuous video while opening it.

The video must start from the sealed parcel and continue until the product is fully unpacked.

Show the parcel from all sides before opening.

Record the entire unpacking process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.

Make sure to capture every part of the product clearly in the video.
2. Photo Requirement

After recording the video, take at least 5 clear photos of the received product.

If you receive a wrong product, wrong size, defective product, or missing parts, show the issue properly in both the video and photos.
3. Proof Requirement

Returns or refunds will only be accepted if you provide both:

The unboxing video recorded as per guidelines.

5 clear photos of the product and the issue (if any).

Without proper video and photos, no return and no refund will be processed.
4. Important Notes

Make sure the video is recorded in good lighting, and the product details are clearly visible.

Any edited, unclear, or incomplete video will not be considered valid proof.
