5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns or exchanges are accepted only as per our Return & Refund and Exchange Policy.

Items must be unused, unsoiled, unwashed, and undamaged in original packaging with all tags and packaging intact and returned within the specified time frame.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method.

At Winalam, we offer safe and convenient UPI payments - Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm etc. Please ensure your billing details are entered correctly to avoid any processing delays. 7. Parcel Unboxing Requirement

For every order from Winalam, making an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the sealed package, the process of opening it, and all contents inside.
