1. General Policy
No Return & No Refund will be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike the color, dislike the product, or size/fit issues or any other reasons.
Returns are only accepted under specific conditions mentioned below.
2. Eligible Return Cases
You may request a return only if:

The product is delivered with missing parts.
⚠️ Important: A proper parcel unboxing video is compulsory for all return requests. Please read our Parcel Unboxing Policy for complete details.
Note: Returns will not be accepted for slightly wrong/missing parts/defective products.
3. How to Request a Return

Ensure you have the parcel unboxing video ready to share as proof.
4. Return Time
If you receive the wrong or defective item, or a product with missing parts, you can request a return within 3 days after receiving your parcel.
The product must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, unused, unsoiled, unwashed, and undamaged.
5. Return Shipping
Once your return request is verified, we will provide you the return address and return shipping cost.
Customers are required to send the return parcel themselves to the given address.
6. Refund Process
After we receive the returned parcel and verify the issue, your refund will be processed.
Refunds will be credited to your UPI ID or bank account within 7 days.
